2 cups (500 ml) milk (dairy, plant-based, or macadamia)
2 to 4 pumps of 1883 Cinnamon Syrup

8. Add the milk to the coffee.
9. Add the syrup to the latte (1–2 pumps per cup) and stir.
10. Enjoy!
Simplicity & quality : an accessible method—no complex machine needed
Authentic flavor : 1883 Cinnamon syrup adds a pure, intense aromatic note
Customizable : adjust the syrup to your taste (spicier, sweeter, or subtler)
Swap in a plant drink like we did (oat, macadamia…) for a gourmet twist
Add a pinch of cocoa powder or nutmeg for extra indulgence
Dust the foam with a touch of cinnamon for extra aroma and visual appeal
A latte this aromatic deserves pairings to match. Some delicious ideas:
Shortbread cookies or speculoos—spiced notes that pair perfectly
Dark chocolate squares for a nice contrast with the latte’s creaminess
Buttery pastries like a croissant or pain aux raisins for a more generous break
Fruity desserts such as apple tart or crumble—cinnamon’s natural playground
Cinnamon isn’t just a comforting spice—it’s also known for its beneficial properties . Used for centuries across cultures, it’s reputed for:
Its antioxidant power, which helps protect cells
Digestive properties—ideal after a hearty meal
A mild stimulating effect that complements caffeine
Its ability to heighten feelings of warmth and well-being
A cinnamon caffè latte becomes not only a delicious drink, but also a small everyday wellness ritual.
