What is organic coffee ?
A coffee grown without synthetic inputs (pesticides/herbicides) and controlled by a certification body. The supply chain is subject to regular audits.
Organic and fair trade, are they the same thing ?
No. bio concerns agricultural practices; fair trade affects the remuneration and conditions of producers. Several organic coffees offered here also come from fair trade channels when available.
Which grind to choose for my method ?
