Refund policy


Customer satisfaction comes first.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund it within 30 days from the date of purchase, according to these conditions:

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Items that are opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Promotional items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if they have been used.

However, for hygienic reasons, we cannot take back coffee, tea and other consumables, as they are food products.

We will only assume the costs of return transport for all products with a defect or which have been broken during transport.

For all other reasons, the customer will have to ensure the transport costs to our warehouse.
For exchanges, the customer will assume the costs of return of the article to be exchanged and of sending the new article.
