Refund policy

FEEDBACK AND EXCHANGE

Customer satisfaction comes first.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or refund it within 30 days of purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Items that are opened, damaged, or not in a condition to be resold are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange if they have been used.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

RETURNS

We assume return shipping costs only for all products with a defect or that have been damaged in transit.

For all other reasons, the customer must cover the cost of transport to our warehouse by the means of his choice (Canada Post, Purolator, direct in-store exchange...).

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to be exchanged and shipping the new itemby the means of his or her choice (Canada Post, Purolator, in-store exchange...).

REFUNDS

Once the products have been received at Ma Caféine, we will issue a refund to the card used to place the order.
