What are the delivery terms?
Deliveries are made by Nationex, Monday to Friday.
If you absolutely require delivery by Canada Post, please select one of the 3 paid delivery options.
*WARNING: if you choose Canada Post for delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 to 72 hours.
How can I use my loyalty points?
Click on the Loyalty tab at the bottom of your screen. Your number of points will appear (discounts start at 500 points).
Select the discount you want, and you'll receive a discount code to apply to your order.
- Voucher for free delivery: 1000 Points
- 10% discount voucher (coffee, tea, milks, drinks, syrups): 1000 Points
- Order discount: 500 Points = 5 $
ATTENTION: discounts cannot be combined with other discounts such as coffee subscriptions or ongoing promotions.
