Equipment sold without being identified as 'reconditioned' by the supplier may be reconditioned free of charge at the supplier before you take possession of the machine (parts and labor, nothing cosmetic).

Saeco, Bellucci: 1 year warranty on parts and labor, from the date of purchase, from the supplier. Equipment that is sold without being identified as ¨reconditioned¨ by the supplier may be reconditioned by the supplier for a fee of $80/hour in the month following purchase.

Avanti, Eureka: 1 year warranty on parts and labor from the supplier, from the date of purchase. 

Equipment identified as ¨end of line¨ is not exchangeable or refundable. A credit subject to approval by a supervisor could be applicable to another model in the case of an exceptional circumstance.
