Our best recipes for hot cocktails
Try an alcoholic coffee!
The cold weather has set in, and you're at a loss for what to drink to find some warmth and comfort.
It's a well-known fact that life is always better when you combine your favorite things, like adding grilled bacon to a cheeseburger. So instead of mixing your favorite foods, why not mix your favorite drinks? Like coffee and alcohol, for example! Nothing is more comforting on a cold day than an alcoholic coffee (not too much, just the right amount 😉)
So here are our best hot cocktail recipes (that we selected for you, we didn't become bartenders during the holidays) to satisfy your two greatest wishes, to warm up while having fun!
If you don't drink, we think of you too! We'll offer you some alternatives throughout this article!
Before we begin, we want to stress that it is important (if not essential) to use high quality ingredients and local products in your cocktails, to support your local businesses.
Send us pictures of your cocktails, we'll be happy to share them on our networks to show your creativity and talents!
Cheers!

How to prepare your coffee for your recipe
You can prepare the coffee for your recipe using your preferred method of preparation. However, it is obvious that the better the coffee, the better! Poor quality coffee in a filter coffee maker will not taste as good as the original coffee prepared by hand brewing for example.
Here are our favorite manual coffee brewing methods that we recommend for the best possible cocktails:
The Chemex®: this is our first choice for a good cup of coffee. It is a design object and a filter coffee maker at the same time. The Chemex® filter system, with its thick filters, offers smooth and round coffees, very aromatic and without any bitterness. See our article on Chemex® for more information.
TheAeropress : Another excellent manual cup brewing method is the Aeropress. It makes a great cup of coffee with a quick and easy method, you can brew a cup of coffee in a minute! It offers a taste without any acidity or bitterness to your coffee. Check out our article on the Aeropress for more information.
