Is delivery free?
The conditions The conditions for obtaining free delivery are the same for all The online store, subscription or not. Delivery is Available from $75 order.
To benefit from free delivery, your subscription must be at least $75.
How often can I receive my products?
It depends on the product category.
- For coffee, we offer subscriptions per week, to the 2 weeks, per month, to the 2 month, to the 3 month.
- For tea We offer monthly, 2-month, and 3-month subscriptions.
- For plant-based drinks We offer subscriptions every month, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 6 months.
- For cleaning products We offer subscriptions every month, every 2 months, every 3 months, every 6 months, every 9 months.
If you want a frequency that is not available, contact us and we'll see if we can add it.
I'm going on vacation, can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription or change the date of your next order whenever you want.
To do this, simply log in and go to your account, then on Manage my subscriptionYou will see the products included in your subscription.
Scroll down the page: you will see the date of your next order. From there you can:
- Ignore a command,
- Change the date of the next delivery,
- Change the subscription frequency according to your preferences.
If you wish to pause or cancel the subscription completely, you can do so at the very bottom of the page.
Can I add "one-shot" products to my subscription?
Of course! You can add any product from our online store to your subscription order at any time.
The products will be delivered at the same time as your subscription, in the same box if possible. in a single shipment.
Once my subscription is complete, what changes can I make to it?
Your subscription is 100% customizable.
You can change the product(s) selected, their quantity, the delivery address, etc.
You can also pause the subscription, change the date of the next delivery or modify the delivery frequency.
To make changes, simply log in, go to your account, and then to Manage my subscription.
Then click on "View more details".
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want
Yes, you can cancel your subscription. However, you must have completed and received at least 3 orders before it can be cancelled.
If you encounter a problem with your subscription, contact us before proceeding with the cancellation.
If you really want to cancel your subscription, simply log in, go to your account, and then to Manage my subscription. Just click on the button written in red. "Cancel my subscription".

Can I apply a reduction from my loyalty program to a subscription order?
Yes, you can add a discount through our loyalty program!
Start by converting your points into free dollars, and copy the code obtained.
Next, go to your account. > Manage my subscription > See more details > Scroll down to "Add discount codes".
Paste the code and click apply. The discount will be applied to the next order.
