Equipment under warranty
We only provide after-sales service for equipment under warranty purchased in the My Caffeine store or on the macafeine.ca online store.
You just have to come to the store with your purchase invoice and your device in its original box if possible.
Please remember to empty your machine of its water and coffee before bringing it to us.
You can keep your accessories if they are not related to the breakdown.

Most coffee machines come with a manufacturer's warranty, which varies from one to two years, or in number of coffees made depending on the model.
This information is available in your instruction booklet provided with your machine at the time of purchase.
Most problems encountered can often be solved by phone or video if needed.
It may be a problem of use or maintenance, which is easy to do yourself.
We recommend that you call us at (514) 354-1472 before bringing in your machine or disposer.

How to limit the risks of breakdowns?
A well-maintained machine is a machine that lasts over time.
Here are some important points to follow to ensure a long life for your machine:
- Change the filter of your machine regularly (2/3 months depending on your consumption or when your machine asks you).
- Perform regular descaling if you do not use a filter (every 2/3 months or when your machine asks you to).
- Clean up your milk system every day when you use it.
- Follow the instructions manufacturer's maintenance and operating instructions (available in the instruction manual supplied with the machine).
- Protect your cold machine.
- If you have access to the infuser group as for Saeco, remove and rinse it every week, and grease it with a food grease from time to time.
- Don't use coffee that is too oily/greasy in automatic machines or in low-cost grinders.
