For 1 person, you will need:

3 tablespoons of instant instant coffee

3 tablespoons of sugar

3 tablespoons of hot water

1 cup of milk (or vegetable milk)

Ice cubes
And now the preparation 🧑🍳
In a container, pour the coffee, sugar and hot water.
Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, until it becomes a creamy, airy and thick foam.
Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes, then add milk to two-thirds of the glass. Finally, place the coffee foam on the milk.
You can spice up your dalgona coffee with spices such as cocoa powder, cinnamon or vanilla powder, depending on your preferences.
