The Baratza warranty is valid for Baratza products purchased and used only in the United States and Canada.
Baratza LLC warrants parts and labor for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This warranty excludes breakage due to: improper use, lack of maintenance, abuse, normal wear and tear of parts, negligence in adjustment, foreign objects (stones, screws, etc.) in the coffee beans, use outside the intended use of whole and roasted coffee beans (e.g. unroasted beans, spices, re-grinding of coffee, etc. are not covered).

If during the 1st year of warranty your shredder breaks, write to Baratza at support@baratza.com or call 1-425-641-1245.
You will need to have the following information on hand before contacting them:
1. Proof of purchase.
2. Model and serial number (located at the bottom of the mill)
Baratza will contact you to determine the problem and see if it can be fixed quickly and easily.

If the problem cannot be resolved by email or phone and a Baratza representative determines that it is a warranty issue, Baratza will ship you a new identical or comparable unit free of charge, and arrange for your broken mill to be returned to them with a return label.
When you receive your replacement grinder, use the box it came in and the shipping label to return your broken grinder to any UPS location. Be sure to include your name, phone number and address inside the box.
