CoffeeSock | Set of 2 reusable filters for Chemex 3 cups

Reusable filters for Chemex 3-cup, made of soft organic cotton, and hand-sewn in the USA. It fits on the Chemex Pint Sized Chemex and comes in a pack of two - so you always have a spare.

We love the difference this filter makes. Not only are you reusing your filter, but you're also creating a totally different flavor profile than you would get with paper or metal filters.
Cloth filters allow more oils to pass through and therefore give you more body - without sacrificing the complexity of your coffee.

PLEASE NOTE:
We found that brew times with a CoffeeSock are a bit faster (20-30s) than when using the same coffee with a paper filter. You may need to make your grind a bit finer than you would normally use for a paper filter.

INTERVIEW:

• Composting your coffee grounds  (ideal for your floor)
• Return your  filter and rinse with hot water
• Squeeze out excess water and hang to dry completely between uses.

That's all the cleaning needed with ordinary use

To further disinfect from time to time or as needed:

• Boil for 5 minutes Or
• Dishwasher safe  Or
• Soak in water and microwave on high power
