Wulong teas

Wulong tea (or Oolong) results from a Chinese manufacturing process, which is also found in Taiwan. We could place it between green tea and black tea in roasting. Indeed, its character is associated with the flavor of green tea, and its power with black tea. It can therefore be dark and woody, as well as subtle and floral.
