With a subtle scent of sweet caramel and whiskey, Irish Cream 1883 syrup reveals an intense taste of Irish whiskey cream enhanced by a few notes of caramel and coffee. Alcohol-free & made from carefully selected ingredients, Irish Cream 1883 syrup is composed of pure cane sugar and its secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.
Color: Dark brown
Nose: An intense taste of sweet cream, caramel and coffee, enhanced by a few notes of Irish whiskey, all without alcohol.
Taste: Delicious harmony of coffee, sweetness and caramel combined with a touch of whiskey
Heat the whiskey with the sugar (over low heat so as not to boil the whiskey) in a saucepan, stirring. Prepare your espresso and pour it over the hot whiskey and sweetened, stir lightly. Pour everything into the glass rinsed beforehand with hot water and cover the surface with whipped cream, it's ready! Enjoy without delay!
💡TIP ? To make your cream better, place it in the freezer for 20 minutes before whipping it vigorously. To replace the whipped cream, pour crème fraîche over the alcoholic coffee using the back of a spoon. Avoid mixing.

Maison Routin 1883 syrups have a shelf life of 12 months after opening (before opening, check the date on the bottle). They should be stored at room temperature. For best results, store the bottle in a cool, dry place. If you have bought a pump and are changing bottles, be sure to clean your pump thoroughly to avoid contamination with the new bottle.
