- In a highball glass filled with ice, add 1.5oz of Stadaconé Noir, 0.5oz of lime juice, 0.5oz of simple syrup and add 1642 yuzu tonic.
- Sprinkle with dune pepper and grated galanga or ginger.
- Add a slice of lime and a few mint leaves.
