It filters the water to highlight the intense aroma and natural taste of your coffee. Freshly filtered water produces intense aromas:

Note : Replace the AquaClean filter at least once every 3 months, even if the machine does not have further indicated that its replacement was necessary. This is for hygiene reasons.
