The Tamper combines coffee distribution with uniform tamping. DUOMO designed The Eight around the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT). The Eight perfects the WDT and produces a more uniform, efficient, and cleaner distribution (goodbye funnel and paperclip!).
The design and placement of the eight needles ensure optimal performance. The end result is a smooth espresso that is evenly distributed throughout the basket. Pulls are more consistent and showcase the espresso in its most authentic form.
