Cafiza™ powder cleaner has been specially designed for traditional espresso machines.

Its concentrated formula eliminates coffee residues in the group heads, internal mechanisms and in the milk circuits. It cleans and degreases the inside of your machine.

Recommended for use on a wide range of traditional espresso machines.

How to clean parts and accessories?

1. Create a soaking solution using 6g of powder for every liter of hot water.
2. Place the dirty part in the cleaning solution. If soaking a portafilter, do not submerge the handle.
3. Let the piece soak for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the part and rinse it in fresh water.

How to clean your manual machine?

1. Insert the blind filter into the filter holder and add up to 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) of Cafiza powder.
2. Insert the filter holder into the group head. Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
3. Remove the filter holder, activate the brew cycle and rinse the filter holder in the water jet from the group head.
4. Reinsert the filter holder without cleaning powder. Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
5. Replace the blind filter with a standard filter. Make a cup of espresso to remove all traces of cleaner.
6. Throw away the espresso - don't drink it.
