Cafiza™ powder cleaner has been specially designed for traditional espresso machines.

Its concentrated formula eliminates coffee residue in group heads, internal mechanisms, and milk circuits. It cleans and degreases the inside of your machine.

Recommended for use on a wide range of traditional espresso machines.

How do I clean the parts and accessories?

1. Create a soaking solution using 6 grams of powder for every liter of hot water.
2. Place the soiled part in the cleaning solution. If you soak a filter holder, do not immerse the handle.
3. Leave the item to soak for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the part and rinse it with fresh water.

How clean your manual washing machine?

1. Insert the blind filter into the filter holder and add up to 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) of Cafiza powder.
2. Insert the filter holder into the group head. Activate the brewing cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
3. Remove the filter holder, activate the brewing cycle and rinse the filter holder in the water jet from the group head.
4. Reinsert the filter holder without cleaning powder. Activate the brewing cycle for 10 seconds. Stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
5. Replace the blind filter with a standard filter. Make a cup of espresso to remove any traces of cleaner.
6. Throw away the espresso - don't drink it.
