This dark espresso offers a lot of strength.
Robusta gives classico a more pronounced nutty flavor.
Although they have a bad reputation, they make up the best espressos and play a complementary role to Arabica beans.
It is the combination of the two that makes the Classico so strong: the long finish on the palate and the rich body.
