Prepare your coffee correctly for your recipe
You can brew the coffee you need for your recipe using your preferred brewing method. However, it's obvious that the better the coffee, the better! Poor-quality coffee brewed in a drip coffee maker won't taste as good as single-origin coffee brewed manually, for example.
Here are our favorite manual coffee preparation methods, which we recommend for the best cocktails possible:
THE Chemex®: This is our top pick for a great cup of coffee. It's both a designer item and a filter coffee maker. The Chemex® filtration system, thanks to its thick filters, offers smooth and round coffees, very aromatic and without any bitterness. Check out our article on Chemex® for more information.
L'Aeropress : Another great manual cup brewing method is the Aeropress. It makes a great cup of coffee with a quick and easy method, you can brew a cup of coffee in a minute! It offers a taste devoid of any acidity or bitterness to your coffee. Check out our article on the Aeropress for more information.
