Velvet Cherry 🍒

A powerful after-dinner drink with fruity and floral notes that will particularly appeal with its very attractive visual appeal.

Velvet Cherry

INGREDIENTS
2cl of Cherry syrup 1883
4cl of vodka
1cl of Galliano liqueur
2cl of liquid fresh cream

PREPARATION
Pour the vodka, syrup and Galliano into a mixing glass.

Stir and strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Whip the cream with 1cl of syrup using a whisk or a shaker.

Top the cocktail with the flavored cream, and garnish with grated nutmeg and dark chocolate shavings.


Spicy Cherry Cake 🍒

A surprising drink as these three products complement and enhance each other.

Spicy Cherry Cake

INGREDIENTS
3cl of Cherry syrup 1883
12cl of liquid dark chocolate
3 dashes of Tabasco
1 slice of gingerbread
10cl of vanilla ice cream

PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients into a blender (crumble the gingerbread first), fill with crushed ice to the level and mix everything together.

The result does not necessarily have to be homogeneous but rather compact; the cocktail is consumed with a spoon straw.

Garnish with gingerbread crumbs, a candied cherry and a chocolate square.


Basil Beauty 🍋

A highly aromatic cocktail with exotic, Mediterranean tones. A drink that exudes sunshine.

INGREDIENTS
1cl of Lemon syrup 1883
5cl of vodka
3cl of pineapple juice
1/2 passion fruit
6 basil leaves

PREPARATION
Place the basil leaves in a shaker.

Empty the half passion fruit, then lightly crush the whole thing.

Pour in the remaining ingredients and top up with ice.

Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Decorate with the other passion fruit half and a basil leaf.


Beer Bomb 🍋

Beer, a legendary drink that's ultimately so little known and therefore rarely consumed. Here's a way to bring it back into fashion.

INGREDIENTS
1cl of Lemon syrup 1883
10cl of blond beer
3cl of dry white wine

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup and white wine into a shot glass.

Pour the beer into a separate tumbler glass.

Drop the shot into the tumbler and drink in one gulp.

INGREDIENTS
5cl of the spirit of your choice
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
3cl of Strawberry syrup 1883

PREPARATION
In a blender, mix all ingredients and pour into a glass.

Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve with a straw.


Berry Soda 🍓

A summer cocktail that will delight your guests' taste buds!

Berry Soda

INGREDIENTS
3cl of Strawberry syrup 1883
1.5cl of lime juice
10cl of sparkling water
1 head of mint
3 slices of ginger

PREPARATION
Place the mint, ginger, Strawberry syrup 1883 and lime juice in a glass filled with ice and stir.

Top up with sparkling water and mix again.


Serve with a straw.


Shirley Temple 🍒🍓🍇

Created at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Waikiki in the 1930s in honor of the young American actress, the recipe was reused for her by bartenders around the world.

2cl of Grenadine syrup 1883
8cl of ginger ale (eg.Canada Dry)
8cl of lemonade

PREPARATION
In a tumbler filled with ice, pour the ginger ale and soda, stir then add the syrup.

Garnish with a cherry.


Rastapop

Here's a fruity and exotic shot in the colors of the Jamaican flag. A visually appealing drink that's achievable for most bartenders.

INGREDIENTS
1cl of Passion Fruit syrup 1883
1cl of melon liqueur Midori
1cl of strawberry vodka

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup into a shot glass.

Pour the liqueur over the syrup using a mixing spoon.

Repeat with the vodka.

If desired, flambé and drink in one gulp through a straw.


Exotic Breeze

A refreshing cocktail that will appeal to young and old alike, with a beautiful gradient of colors like a sunset.

INGREDIENTS
2 cl of Passion Fruit syrup 1883
12cl of mango nectar
6cl of cranberry juice
1 lime wedge

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup and nectar into a tumbler filled with ice.

Stir with a spoon, top up with ice, then add the cranberry juice.

Squeeze the lime wedge and place it in the glass.

Garnish with half a passion fruit, a raspberry and a sprig of mint.


Spicy Milk 🥛

A summer cocktail that will delight your guests' taste buds.

Spicy Milk cocktail

INGREDIENTS
1.5cl of Mojito Mint 1883 syrup
1.5cl of Chai Tea syrup 1883
1cl of Orgeat syrup 1883
12cl of milk
Crushed ice

PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice.

Mix for 20 to 30 seconds.

Serve.


Mango Mojito

This drink can also be prepared with Strawberry, Grenadine, Cherry, or Peach 1883 syrup.

Mango Mojito cocktail

INGREDIENTS
3cl of Mango syrup 1883
2-3cl of rum
6-9cl of sparkling water
Crushed ice (1 cup)
5-7 mint leaves
1 lemon
1 lime
2 teaspoons of powdered sugar (optional)

PREPARATION
Pour the sugar into a glass, add the lemon and mint leaves.

Gently crush the lemon and mint with a spoon to release their flavor.

Pour in the syrup, crushed ice and rum.

Add the sparkling water.

Garnish with mint and lime leaves. Serve.


Mango Soda

This drink can also be prepared with Strawberry, Mango, Cherry and Grenadine 1883 syrup. If you use a transparent cup, do not stir the preparation so that the visual aspect is intact!

INGREDIENTS
4cl of Mango syrup 1883
20cl of sparkling water
Ice cubes (1 cup)

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup into a cup.

Fill the cup with ice.

Add the sparkling water.

Serve.

To your shakers! 😁
