Here is a complete and energizing mix with nuts, fruits and seeds that allows you to make granola or even granola bars! Before baking, why not add a handful of semisweet chocolate chunks? Add a handful of granola to your hot or cold cereal, smoothie, or muffin mix. For a parfait, alternate layers of yogurt (or tofu or ricotta), granola, and berries. Use the granola as a crumble or simply as a snack!

Ingredients : Oat flour, wheat germ, almonds, pecans, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.

Cooking method:
GRANOLA: Empty the contents of the bag into a large bowl. Mix and set aside. Empty the spice packet into a small saucepan. Add 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey) and 1/4 cup butter (or canola oil) and heat gently until the brown sugar and butter are melted. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix to coat. Spread the mixture evenly on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through and switch sheets. Let cool. GRANOLA BARS: Empty the contents of the bag and spice sachet into a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 3/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 lightly beaten eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and press firmly. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into 24 bars.
