BIALETTI - ITALIAN COFFEE MAKER

Rediscover the thrill of preparing a true Italian coffee with a moka pot, invented in the 1930s.
Easy to use, the Italian coffee maker produces a full-bodied coffee rich in aromas.
It has 2 receptacles that screw one on top of the other. In the lower one, you put the cold water and insert the filter into which you add the coffee.
The operating principle is simple: the coffee maker is placed on the stovetop burner or other heat source. The water in the lower reservoir heats up. Once the pressure is reached, the water is forced through the ground coffee and fills the upper chamber.
For optimal results, the mixture should not be ground too finely and the heat should be low.
