With its Italian styling, near-silent grinding and exceptional durability, the Eureka Mignon Specialita has quickly become a barista favorite flat burr espresso grinder. The 55mm flat burrs, with the exclusive addition of the "Easy adjustment", are among the best automatic household grinders on the market.

Specialita is the newest and most premium version of the Mignon series. The coffee grinder It is compact and suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and provides a uniform grind.

An intuitive touchscreen makes every operation extremely easy. You can quickly set the dose, program a single or double dose, and grind coffee continuously. The screen also displays a dose counter.

There Hands-free fork fits every portafilter. Place the portafilter on it and push it forward to activate the button that starts grinding.

To adjust the grind size, simply turn the micrometric adjustment knob. Although it is continuous, it has a scale, making the whole process much easier.

The grinding is precise and consistent. The most important element here is the 55 mm hardened steel burr. The result is approximately 1.4 to 1.8 g/s when grinding for an espresso and 1.9 to 2.5 g/s at a coarser setting.
