RECIPE

CINNAMON LATTE

(French press infusion, for 2 drinks)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (250 ml) of strong coffee

2 cups (500 ml) of milk

2 to 4 presses cinnamon syrup 1883

1. Place 5 to 6 tablespoons of coarse ground filter coffee in the bottom of the the coffee makerYou can add more or less coffee, depending on the strength you want.

2. Pour a littlehot water (95°C) up to about half of the coffee maker in circles. Wait about 40 seconds.

FYI, this step, which aims to release the gases from the coffee, is called the bloom.

3. Pour water again up to ¾ of the the coffee maker.

4. Stir with a spoon until the foam forms on the surface of the coffee. Place the lid on the coffee maker and let it steep for 5 to 6 minutes. You can decide to adjust the steeping time according to the desired strength.

5. Press the plunger slowly to the bottom.

6. Pour into a latte cup.

7. Heat/froth the milk

8. Add the milk at the cafe

9. Put the syrup in the latte (1 to 2 pumps per cup) and mix

10. Enjoy!
