You will need:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose white flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 170 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup sugar (to taste)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup hot espresso (most important)

Now we can start preparing.
Preheat your oven to 325°F and line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the flour and cocoa, then set aside.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie until the mixture is liquid. Remove the bowl from the bain-marie. Using a whisk, stir in the sugar. Add one egg at a time, then the coffee, and whisk for a few moments. Using a wooden spoon, gently fold in the flour and cocoa mixture.
Spread evenly in the pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is set but still moist. Let cool in the pan for 4 hours.
