By filtering the water before each brew, the Claris filter cartridge guarantees consistently high-quality water for perfect coffee. The Claris filter cartridge protects your machine against limescale buildup, thus extending its lifespan. When using the Claris filter cartridge, descaling your machine is unnecessary.
The CLARIS filter cartridge was specially developed for JURA automatic specialty coffee machines. Placed directly in the water tank, it is neutral for the coffee.

Look inside the water tank of your machine:
If you see a blue hexagonal housing at the bottom, your machine is working with a CLARIS Blue filter.
If, on the other hand, you see a round and white housing, your machine is working with a CLARIS White filter.
