Set of two glasses for Irish coffee (Black coffee, sugar and Irish whiskey with whipped cream).
ORIGINAL IRISH COFFEE RECIPE
3.5 cl (1 oz) Irish whiskey (Black Bush, Paddy, Tullamore Dew…)
9 cl (3 oz) very hot medium roast espresso coffee
1 cl (1/3 oz) 1883 Maison Routin cane sugar syrup
3 cl (1 oz) whipped cream
Heat the whiskey with the sugar (over low heat so as not to boil the whiskey) in a saucepan, stirring.
Prepare your espresso and pour it over the hot, sweet whisky, stir lightly.
Pour everything into the glass, rinsed with hot water beforehand and coat the surface with whipped cream, it's ready!
Taste without waiting!
To make your cream more successful, place it in the freezer for 20 minutes before whipping it vigorously.
To replace the whipped cream, pour fresh cream over the alcoholic coffee using the back of a spoon. Avoid mixing.
