Monsieur Cocktail's first tonic, the one that captured the hearts of Quebecers upon its release in 2016, is a story rooted in the Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges region.
At the heart of this product is the juicy, acidic sea buckthorn of Léandre Saindon, a Montrealer who decided to settle in the region to cultivate his own land.
Each year, he selects the best berries for Patrice to blend with Labrador tea, and thus reproduce the memory of his many hikes in Charlevoix, in the Parc des Grands Jardins, where the pure and forested air of Quebec inspires the micro-distillers here in the making of their gins.
Bottle of 250 ml.
Taste: Labrador tea's bitter florality perfectly coats the northern acidity of sea buckthorn, supported by a delicate finish of orange and lemon peel.
Per serving / cocktail
Ingredients: Water, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, sea buckthorn, citric acid (acidulant), quinine, orange peel, Labrador tea
