ESPRESSO, TONIC AND OLIVE OIL
- 1 ounce ofespresso
- 1.5 ounces of HP Juniper Gin
- 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of olive brine
- 1642 Tonic
- Garnish with a green olive.
GIN TONIC
- 2 ounces of HP Juniper Gin
- 4 ounces of 1642 Tonic
- Garnish with cucumber and lime slices.
SPARKLING YUZU GIN
- 2 oz HP Juniper Gin
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup - see our list of syrups
- 3 to 4 basil leaves
- 3 slices fresh ginger
