Virgin Mady's maple butter is all about magic, since maple syrup is the only ingredient! Even today, they still make their butter by hand, just as Mady taught them. They take great care to select the most appropriate maple syrup to make it. It takes 36 hours to make. The characteristics of their syrup stand out and allow them to produce a fine, unique, smooth maple butter... impossible to resist!

How to use it?

We spread it everywhere! Simply divine on toast in the morning, we also use it as a glaze on cakes and we incorporate it into our sauces or condiments to add maple notes and aromas without altering their consistency. Add a few spoonfuls to your whipped cream when it is almost ready to rise. You'll taste the sky!
