  1. In a highball glass filled with ice, add 1.5oz of Stadaconé Noir, 0.5oz of lime juice, 0.5oz of simple syrup and add 1642 yuzu tonic.

  2. Sprinkle with dune pepper and grated galanga or ginger.

  3. Add a slice of lime and a few mint leaves.

  4. Cheers!

  1. Combine 1.5oz of Stadaconé Bleu, 0.5oz of chili pepper, 0.5oz of grapefruit juice, 2oz of sparkling wine and 1oz of original 1642 tonic in a glass with ice.

  2. Stir gently with a spoon.

  3. Enjoy!

  1. In a highball glass filled with ice, add 1.5oz of Stadaconé Rouge, 0.25oz of cranberry juice, 2 dashes of cucumber bitters and top up with 1642 elderflower tonic.

  2. Stir gently with a spoon, garnish with a slice of cucumber and some cranberries.

  3. Drink chilled!
