Velvet Cherry 🍒

A powerful after dinner drink with fruity and floral notes that will seduce you with its very attractive visual.

Velvet Cherry

INGREDIENTS
2cl Cherry 1883 syrup
4cl vodka
1cl Galliano liqueur
2cl liquid crème fraîche

PREPARATION
Pour the vodka, syrup and Galliano into a mixing glass.

Stir and strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Whip the cream with 1cl of syrup with a mixer or shaker.

Top the cocktail with the flavored cream, and garnish with grated nutmeg and dark chocolate shavings.


Spicy Cherry Cake 🍒

A surprising drink as these 3 products complement and enhance each other.

Spicy Cherry Cake

INGREDIENTS
3cl of syrup Cerise 1883
12cl of liquid dark chocolate
3 dashes of tabasco
1 slice of gingerbread
10cl of vanilla ice cream

PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients into a blender (crumble the gingerbread beforehand), add crushed ice until it is level and blend it all.

The result does not have to be homogeneous but quite compact. The cocktail is consumed with a spoon straw.

Garnish with gingerbread crumbs, a candied cherry and a chocolate tile.


Basil Beauty 🍋

A very fragrant cocktail with exotic and Mediterranean tones. A drink that breathes the sun.

INGREDIENTS
1cl lemon syrup 1883
5cl vodka
3cl pineapple juice
1/2 passion fruit
6 basil leaves

PREPARATION
Place the basil leaves in a shaker.

Empty the passion fruit half, then slightly crush the whole.

Pour in the rest of the ingredients and fill with ice.

Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.

Decorate with the other half of the passion fruit and a basil leaf.


Cervoise Bomb 🍋

Cervoise, a legendary drink that is so little known and therefore little consumed. Here's a way to bring it back into fashion.

INGREDIENTS
1cl of Lemon 1883 syrup
10cl of lager
3cl of dry white wine

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup and white wine into a shot glass.

Pour the beer into a separate Tumbler glass.

Drop the shot into the Tumbler and drink in one gulp.


Strawberry Drinkshake 🍓

Strawberry Drinkshake

INGREDIENTS
5cl of the spirit of your choice
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
3cl of Strawberry 1883 syrup

PREPARATION
In a blender, mix all ingredients and pour into a glass.

Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve with a straw.


Berry Soda 🍓

A summer cocktail that will delight your guests' taste buds!

Berry Soda

INGREDIENTS
3cl Strawberry 1883 syrup
1.5cl lime juice
10cl sparkling water
1 head of mint
3 slices of ginger

PREPARATION
Place the mint, ginger, Strawberry 1883 syrup and lime juice in a glass filled with ice and stir.

Add sparkling water and stir again.


Serve with a straw.


Shirley Temple 🍒🍓🍇

Created at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Waikiki in the 1930's in honor of the young American actress, the recipe was reused for her by bartenders around the world.

INGREDIENTS
2cl Grenadine 1883 syrup
8cl ginger ale (ex. Canada Dry)
8cl lemonade

PREPARATION
In a tumbler filled with ice, pour the ginger ale and soda, stir and add the syrup.

Garnish with a cherry.


Rastapopop

This is a fruity and exotic shooter in the colors of the Jamaican flag. A visual and feasible drink for most bartenders.

INGREDIENTS
1cl Passion Fruit 1883 syrup
1cl Midorimelon liqueur
1cl strawberry vodka

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup into a shot glass.

Pour the liqueur over the syrup with a mixing spoon.

Repeat with the vodka.

Flambé if desired and drink in one gulp through a straw.


Exotic Breeze

A refreshing cocktail that will appeal to young and old alike, with a beautiful gradation of colors like a sunset.

INGREDIENTS
2clPassion Fruit 1883 syrup
12cl mango nectar
6cl cranberry juice
1 lime wedge

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup and nectar into a Tumbler filled with ice.

Stir with a spoon, add ice and cranberry juice.

Squeeze lime wedge and place in glass.

Garnish with half a passion fruit, a raspberry and a head of mint.


Spicy Milk 🥛

A summer cocktail that will delight your guests' taste buds.

Spicy Milk cocktail

INGREDIENTS
1.5cl syrup Mojito Mint 1883
1.5cl syrup Chai Tea 1883
1cl syrup Orgeat 1883
12cl milk
Crushed ice

PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice.

Blend for 20-30 seconds.

Serve.


Mango Mojito

This drink can also be made with Strawberry, Grenadine, Cherry, or Peach 1883 syrup.

Mango Mojito cocktail

INGREDIENTS
3cl Mango 1883 syrup
2-3cl rum
6-9cl sparkling water
Crushed ice (1 cup)
5-7 mint leaves
1 lemon
1 lime
2 teaspoons caster sugar (optional)

PREPARATION
Pour the sugar into a glass, add the lemon and mint leaves.

Gently crush lemon and mint with a spoon to reveal their flavor.

Pour in syrup, crushed ice and rum.

Add sparkling water.

Garnish with mint and lime leaves. Serve.


Mango Soda

This drink can also be made with Strawberry, Mango, Cherry and 1883 Grenadine syrup. If using a clear cup, do not stir the mixture so that the visual aspect is intact!

INGREDIENTS
4cl of 1883 Mango Syrup
20cl of sparkling water
Ice cubes (1 cup)

PREPARATION
Pour the syrup into a cup.

Fill the cup with ice.

Add sparkling water.

Serve.
